Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern läuft problemlos über Whatsapp. Die Schlafzimmer und die Terasse sind gut.
Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, vor allem das Bad ist furchtbar. Die Dusche läuft überhaupt nicht ab, sodass jedes Mal das ganze Bad geflutet wird, der Klodeckel ist extrem locker, die Wasserhähne sind auch locker, verrostet und schimmlig. Die Türgriffe sind kaputt. Trotz der Rezensionen wird daran nichts geändert. Und dann laufen auch noch Kakerlaken durch die Küche. Es ist eklig und der Preis für die Wohnung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Gli spazi ben distribuiti, la cucina ampia con lavastoviglie e lavatrice.una zona pranzo comoda adiacente alla sala. Camere spaziose, letti comodi. Giardino. Zona silenziosa.
La tavoletta del bagno era allentata e la rubinetteria del bagno è della cucina usurati. Per la spiaggia c'è un po da camminare, ma fattibile. Nel complesso però la consiglio: la casa è spaziosa e ben arredata. Accogliente.

Lo amplio del piso, con la terraza! Es perfecto y a 15 minutos de la playa.
La gritería (alicatado) tanto del lavamanos como del fregadero están un poco sueltas y se mueven cada vez que se usan. La tapa de vater esta suelta y cada vez que te sientas parece que te vas a caer y luego la parte de arriba se te clava en la espalda. El desagüe de la ducha desde el día 1 estaba tapado y bañarse era todo un proyecto de ingeniería hidráulica para intentar de que 3 mujeres (mis hijas de 12 y 15 y yo) nos lavaremos el cabello si que el agua rebosara el peldaño.

Es un apartamento muy espacioso. Tienes para separar en la misma puerta. Una zona súper tranquila y a 15 minutos tanto del centro como de la playa.
