  Great place, needs

  Location was wonderful and very central in the 'flat' area of Lissabon. Very near to the square of Praça do Comércio, the Rua Augusta, and the Terreiro do Paço metro station (which we took from the train station of Santa Apolónia). Trams/busses to e.g. Belém, Amalfi and Castelo de São Jorge and train station of Cais do Sodré are all nearby. The apartment is clean, air-conditioned, fully renovated and most importantly: soundproof! There is an elevator which was great with our luggage, and not having to walk 3 stairs up and down all the time when you're already tired of walking around in the city. A My Auchan is nearby, a larger Pingo Doce (supermarket) a few blocks away.

  Beds are quite hard unfortunately. Staff is only available via WhatsApp and not very helpful unfortunately. We expected some basic utilities such as handsoap and a sufficient amount of dishwasher tablets (we only received 2 for a 4 nights stay, which obviously wasn't enough). The only reply we got was 'we don't provide that'. On the day of check out we needed to depose of our trash, but we hadn't seen any trash containers in the neighborhood. When I asked where they were located the reply wasn't helpful either. Basically we had to sort it out ourselves. The trash containers apparently are constantly relocated, because 'it's the old town'. Eventually I came across a website via Google AI (!) that showed the current trash container locations. They could've at least send me that! There's no facility for luggage storage before check in or after check out. You rely on a luggage storage facility, which will cost you about 20 euro extra.

  Znakomita lokalizacja. Apartament czysty, funkcjonalny; wspaniały widok z okna. Bardzo życzliwa i pomocna obsługa: zarówno panowie w recepcji jak i osoby dbające o czystość pokoi.

  La ubicacion

  Llegamos antes del horario de check in. No nos permitieron dejar maletas lo cual no seria problema por no ser obligatorio disponer de ese servicio. Nos quedamos esperando las 15.00 hs haciendo tiempo en un restaurante y al llegar al apartamento recien ingresaba el servicio de limpieza. Nos quejamos y la respuesta fue que HABIAN MUCHAS HABITACIONES X LIMPIAR. Terminaron entregando el lugar mas tarde y sucio.
