  Im großen und Ganzen ganz okay. Ausser die Sauberkeit.

  Die Einrichtung war schön, die Lage war super.

  Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir konnten erst nach 15 Uhr die Schlüsselübergabe machen und da war noch die Reinigungskraft am saubermachen. Da gingen wir nochmal weg, sehr gründlich sauber war es nicht. Die Ausstattung war nicht ausreichend. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken.

  Unsafe Neighborhood and Poor Apartment Condition

  It was specious and the living room was nicely decorated.

  Although I have previously spent two weeks traveling in Mexico and generally felt comfortable, this was by far the least safe neighborhood I experienced. The area felt very unsafe, especially after dark. There were many people on the streets who appeared to be under the influence of drugs or engaging in suspicious activities. Even though we were traveling with our husbands, we did not feel comfortable walking around. I would strongly advise groups of women or solo female travelers to consider staying in a different neighborhood. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was also disappointing. The floors did not appear to have been cleaned properly before our arrival, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. It looked old, poorly maintained, and had visible mold in several areas, which made it feel unhygienic. Overall, the apartment did not match our expectations, and both the condition of the property and the surrounding area significantly affected our stay.

  We stayed at this apartment for three nights while visiting Lisbon and were very disappointed with the level of service. The biggest issue was not the missing amenities themselves, but the complete lack of response and follow-up from the host. During our stay, we found that the shampoo dispenser was empty, there was no hand soap available, and we also experienced issues with the garbage bags. These are basic necessities that guests reasonably expect to be provided. When we reported the empty shampoo dispenser, we were asked to send photos. Unfortunately, we were already away from the apartment at that point and had already taken showers using only water. Rather than offering a solution or arranging for someone to replenish the supplies, the host repeatedly focused on obtaining photos for their report. As guests, we felt that our concerns were not being taken seriously. What was most frustrating was that none of these issues were addressed during our stay. No one came to resolve the problems, no alternative solutions were offered, and there was no meaningful follow-up. Even after we explained the inconvenience, we did not feel that the host showed any urgency or concern about improving our experience. The apartment itself may be acceptable, but good hospitality is about responding to guests' needs when problems arise. Unfortunately, we did not experience that here. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again. We felt more like we were being asked to document the problems than having the problems resolved.
