The location is so convenient. There are at least 5 grocery shops nearby. All the buses stop at Santos, which is around 5-10 mins walking distance from the apartment, allowing us to explore the city conveniently. The kitchen appliances are SMEG, and it equips everything we ever needed!!
The windows are a bit awkward to close properly, but it's not the property's problem. It's us who are not used to them just.

Estaba sucio el baño, las sábanas y algunos muebles tenían manchas. Luego aparecieron algunas cucarachas. Dijeron que vendrían a limpiar al dia siguiente de llegar y no fue asi.

Great location & well equipped
This apartment is honestly great! So wonderful to be on the ground floor in a city. It's really well thought through & equipped for a grounded stay would definitely stay again
Be nice to have some coffee pods / couple of dishwasher tablets / pod of laundry detergent as a welcome. Just an idea. Also fyi there's building work going on from 8.30am so just be aware of that if you book it

In de zomer lekker koel, slaapkamer naar achter lekker rustig, bij open ramen geen privacy.
Het apartement is op de begaane grond, met dikke muren vandaar in de zomer koel als je de ramen dichthoud. De slaapkamer is ook koel, daardoor dondker en gaat naar een klein patio die ook nog weer overdekt is van de balkons van de bovenverdiepingen, hierdoor veel schaduw wat in de zomer prettig is.
Als je veel in het apartement wil verblijven is het niet zo prettig, vanvwege de ligging op de begaane grond, als je de ramen opendoet heb je kans dat alle passanten naar binnen kijken, of dat er rook naar binnen trekt als op de straathoek gerookt wordt.
