  Unfortunately, what could have been a nice stay was overshadowed by an unresolved ant infestation

  The location was great, the building was safe and clean, the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The washing machine worked great, the fridge was spacious, the balcony had a lovely view and the layout of the living room was comfortable to enjoy a movie before going to sleep.

  Our biggest issue was a serious ant infestation. It started with a few ants in the bathroom but quickly spread across the bathroom floor and into the bedroom over several days. We also reported a very slow-draining bathroom sink. The hosts responded quickly to messages, but the follow-through was poor. They promised to bring ant treatment but never came, then stopped updating us until we contacted them again. Later they offered to relocate us, but it would have disrupted our trip. They eventually sent a cleaning team to treat the ants and fix the drain, but the ants returned that same night in even greater numbers. The worst part was that the next morning, while we were asleep, a pest control technician entered the apartment without our knowledge because he had been told nobody was home. This was a major breach of trust and made us feel very uncomfortable. Although he applied treatment, the ants were still present on our last day. Nothing against the technician because he was doing his job, but the host team had a major lack of communication. Overall, disappointing experience due to the unresolved infestation and poor handling of the situation.

  Não gostei do barulho com a passagem dos aviões de 2 em 2 minutos a partir das 6 da manhã.

  Apartamento agradável e bem localizado, próximo de pontos de interesse.

  A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O chão não estava devidamente limpo, as janelas pareciam não ser lavadas há bastante tempo e a casa de banho precisava de uma limpeza mais cuidada. Tive ainda dificuldade em abrir a porta de entrada à chegada, tendo precisado da ajuda de um vizinho para entrar.

  とてもよかったです。

  清潔で広い。収納が多い。キッチンも広く快適だった。スーパーも近くにあり買い物にも便利。

  坂の上に位置しており、出かけて戻る際、かなり急な坂を登る必要があること。
