    Nie wieder Appartment von FLH, denn die haben keinen Kundenservice !

    Die Lage war schön und das Apartment war im 6 Stock.

    Kundenservice war sehr schlecht. Wir wollen einchecken aber Nix hat funktioniert. Das elektronische Schloss war auf der Ferne kaputt. Hilfe war nicht zu bekommen. Wir mussten 90min warten und das bei 37 Grad. Es gibt vor Ort keine Person die einem helfen kann. Nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden. Sehr kleiner Balkon. Fußboden scheint mit Bleichmittel gewaschen zu sein. Parkett

    Location was great, as well as the size of the apartments. The district is nice and safe, with many small cafes and boutiques around.

    You don't really see this in the photos, but apartments are a bit run-down. Dirty walls, a bit of damaged furniture, etc. It was not critical, but they looked a bit better in the photos. Also, there was no salt, sugar, or even oil, so we had to buy everything. I guess most guests do that, so they at least could leave something like this from previous guests for others to use.
