Good location would not stay again in its present offerrng.
The location was excellent. It had a lift albeit up 15 steps and not satisfactory for a person with mobility issues. Spacious. The managers were very helpful. The security was well appreciated. It was very clean and tidy on our arrival.
The septic smell in the entry. No WIFI, which I need for work. This is now expected in even low-end accommodation; had we realized, we would not have booked it. The table and chairs are very uncomfortable to sit at, especially if you also need to do some computer work. The bathroom desperately needs 2 towel racks and a shelf in the shower. It would have been nice to have a little coffee and milk on arrival (can't think of the last time we did not find this offered). The TV was a little pathetic. We could not find an English channel and as it is not a 'smart' TV, we could not stream our own services. We travel a bit and are not accustomed to being asked to take the rubbish out to the street; although we did. It would be so easy and not expensive to improve the appeal for this unit. These comments are meant to be constructive comments to the owner, that may help them in the future. Good Luck.

Le bruit : les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout hermétiques aux sons. Réclamation faite au service de booking -) appel dans les 24h . Aucun appel de reçu Réitération deux fois de la réclamation : pas d’appel Le service réclamation de booking ne sert strictement à rien
