Maintenance Issues, Missing Kitchenware, and Poor Cleanliness

The location was good, with free parking available most of the day.

Water & Maintenance: The hot water runs out very quickly and suddenly turns freezing cold. Also, the toilet seat is loose and unstable. Kitchen Equipment: Basic equipment for cooking is missing, such as pots, cereal bowls, a spatula, and a kitchen towel. Also, it is highly recommended to replace the existing frying pan with a new one. Cleanliness: The apartment was not clean enough (especially the bathroom, the second kitchen, and the oven). The carpets were not vacuumed, the dishwasher was not emptied before we arrived, and the trash can and laundry area were not clean. Additionally, used products from previous guests were left in the apartment (open food, open toothpaste, and toiletries), which gave an unpleasant feeling upon arrival.
