    Overbooked - unprofessional situation handling

I have recently missed a connecting flight in Munich and was in dire need of a hotel for a night. I have booked a stay here through booking.com only to discover there were no rooms available after going to the hotel. While I do understand that overbookings or technical issues between platforms arise, the inconvenience of the situation would have been easily handled if the front desk staff sent a message via the app; I would have saved time and EUR 20 on Bolt.

    nichts
