Posizione strategica sul lungo mare di Durazzo e sulla spiaggia, personale gentile e camera spaziosa e pulita. Vista fantastica dal balcone e cena e colazione abbondanti con elementi di qualità.

Cold indoor pool, not a 5 star resort.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was warm.
We stayed during winter and we were really hoping to enjoy the indoor pool and spa wellness. When we arrived and wanted to try the pool, it was way too cold for anyone to enter during that period of time. The spa and everything else was switched on the moment we arrived so nothing was ready for us to try. We were told that the pool would be ready the next morning but nothing had changed, way too cold to enter. The sheets where we slept, seemed to have had sand and it was really annoying to feel it while we were sleeping.

The best staff ever! Excellent service with very friendly staff and waiters.
Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.
