Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο Μέτσοβο! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καταπληκτικό! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Νιώσαμε πραγματικά πολύ όμορφα και άνετα κατά τη διαμονή μας. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει. Είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι με τα πάντα και σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά! An absolute perfection! Best hotel experience in Europe
Everything about our stay was beyond perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room smelled amazing (both the sheets and the wonderful soaps provided), and the AC worked like a dream. The breakfast was mind-blowing—the very first hotel breakfast we’ve experienced in all of Europe where they offered to freshly prepare eggs (omelets, sunny-side up, etc.) made to order. >Above all, the staff was exceptional. When we were originally assigned a room facing a construction site, we asked to switch, and they upgraded us at no extra cost to a larger room with a balcony. That gesture completely transformed our stay into an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended!

Rooms very nice and clean. Quiet and spaciouse room. Didnt get a room with a view. Only self service. Nobdy on reception unless you request ahead.
One toilet paper for 2 people. No one at the hotel to assist with requests. No seperate beds. Other than this it was a great stay
