  The best couples retreat for a perfect quiet getaway.

  We loved everything, the hut was superb and immaculately presented, Checking in was a breeze nothing was too much trouble, a well stocked fridge and a marvellous welcome pack. Even down to matching wellington boots for him and her. We even suspected they had got our shoe sizes from someone. Waking up to beautiful views of a sunrise with sheep wandering across the fields was heavenly. If you are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the mad rat race, then this is it.

  Just fab, we will likely return, location was ideal, views were stunning and it was lovely and quiet

  Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including milk, butter and prosecco in the fridge!.. A lovely hamper upon arrival, which was such a nice touch! Plently of wood abailable for firepit / hot tub.

  Really havent got anything negative to say, the bubbles in the hot tub werent workimg but the owner did explain and it was not anyones fault, just one of those things. If i was being very picky, the only thing was I struggled getting up and down from the bed, im 5ft 6" so someone shorter or similar height but older may really have an issue. A small step would is an easy fix :)

  We loved it,would definitely recommend it can’t wait to go back there

  The location, privacy and views are fantastic, a short car drive can take you from pub lunches to fantastic walks. The hosts make you feel pampered and nothing seems left to chance, great welcome hamper.

  The flies but to be expected this time of year and where u are.

  Immaculate and luxurious

  I stayed in Flora. I had the most fantastic time staying here. The place was spotlessly clean. The owner was wonderful she helped me bring my luggage in. She lit the wood fired hot tub ready for my arrival. Logs sticks and fire lighters were provided as many as you wanted. A hamper water and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for me. The hamper included marshmallows to use on the brazier such wonderful little touches like this make all the difference! The place smelt like a spa and the toiletries were really luxurious. Shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap and body lotion were all provided. There was also a hairdryer. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair go really nice. All you need to bring is a tooth brush tooth paste and deodorant. Tea coffee milk eggs sugar and bread were provided including biscuits and chocolate. You also get a large bag of ground coffee which they make on site. Everything about this place was immaculate including the garden. All the fixtures and fittings were really good quality with solid oak throughout. There is a smart view TV and fast Wi-Fi. There is also a record player that links up to the Bluetooth radio. The properly also had underfloor heating. There were robes and slippers provided. There were also Hunter wellies and an outside torch. I will definitely be returning. It made my birthday week extra special.

  There were lots of flies with it being near a farm but the owner thoughtfully provided fly spray and a fly swat.
