    FRAUDULENT. THIEF. I re-booked with Air Bnb - had a great stay and amazing experience!

    ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Alberto is a fraudster.

    THIS LISTING IS FRAUDULENT - BE WARNED! The pictures you see and the location are not representative of what you will get. The pictures and location you initially see represent an entirely different property - Alberto knows this as he has been receiving these comments for years! If you choose to pay up front, he will scam you out of your money and not pay you back - Booking.com will also scam you by putting you into a continuous loop or disconnecting both phone calls and online calls to their help support. Booking.com will also send you a standard notification that says "the owner chose not to re-imburse". NO KIDDING!!! Why would someone committing fraud on their site return your money. I am now in the process of relying on AMEX to engage with Booking.com and address the fraud issue. Keep ALL your communications from Alberto to forward to your credit card company so you may be re-imbursed and hopefully Booking.com will finally take action for allowing their site to be a place for fraud and theft.

    The apartment became a beauty memory of our experience at Firenze

    The property is well located, clean, and have all facilities we need to feel well at home. I strongly recommend this place. The host is very kindly and it was a great time at Firenze for us.

    The property is a historic building and has all the facilities we need. It is well located and near of market, restaurants, and other stores. It has a great structure with everything new.
