    Beautiful apartment & wonderful staff!

    You get exactly what is advertised! Beautiful, spacious apartment with an elevator, air conditioning, & a washing machine. Also within walking distance of the tram that gets you to & from the airport. The staff was easy to contact & quick to respond, & their instructions were clear & thorough. Booked last minute due to some changes in plans, & I wish I had a longer stay!

    Maybe it will be okay for 2 people.

    Location was okay.

    We stayed with 5 people, so there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed. 1 double bed was too firm and the other beds were too soft that your back will be bent when you sleep. All 5 people suffered from back pain. Also, they clearly didn’t provide enough toilet paper 5 people 2 nights, so I asked them to refill but they just ignored my message in the end. The first staff I contacted right after the booking was very nice, but after we arrived the other staff and cleaning lady were not nice. I never wrote any bad review for other hotel or apartment, but this time it was too disappointing.

    Below expectation and exhausting stay...

    The location is a bit far from the important sights. AT the same time, it is too close to call a taxi. We ended up walking very, very long distances each day... It was way too exhausting.

    The absence of necessary amenities. There were no tissues or hand wash. We stayed 3 nights but were only given 2 tiny bottles of body wash, which would probably last at most for 2 showers. There was a washing machine, but only 1 small packet of detergent for 1 small wash was given. We are on a long trip, so bringing along these necessary amenities would be impossible. Most importantly, we were only given 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel each for 4 days/3 nights stay. This is highly unacceptable. It was exhausting using the lift, as it only operates/moves if the button is pressed hard. The speed was 1 minute to reach 1 floor. I was looking forward to the stay as the photos were amazing, but all I can say is that we were utterly disappointed.
