La disponibilità della padrona di casa, ottima posizione
L'appartamento sarebbe da pulire più a fondo e curare un po di più l'arredamento (eliminare tappeti e poltrone rotte, aggiungere qualche sedia)

Good
Great location. Before our arrival we were informed that we had been moved to another place, but it was not far from the Ponte Vecchio so it was ok. Also the host was really nice, he brought us a great breakfast twice ☺️, free of charge

Nice apartment, local feel
Nice apartment in great location on the other side of the river. Felt more like a local stay than a hotel in the middle of the tourist area. Beautiful high ceilings and spacious apartment. Some excellent restaurants in the area. The host welcomed us and supplied some food for breakfast, some Chianti and water. Excellent experience.
Navigating to the residence address the first time was a bit tricky as the Booking.com direction link was not accurate. The host was available on the phone to assist. Put Via dei Serragli, 165, 50124 Firenze FI, Italy into Google and it is across the street.
