Very central, but poor sleep quality and outdated apartment
The apartment has a very central location in Florence, and the communication with the host was good. It was quiet, clean and very practical to have a kitchen, washing machine, and ironing equipment available.
In our opinion, the price was far too high for the value provided. Unfortunately, several things affected our stay negatively. The bed was small and uncomfortable, there were no nightstands, and the bedding was of poor quality with completely flat pillows. Furthermore, it is so cluttered and over-furnished that it is difficult to even open and store our suitcases. The photos on Booking.com made the apartment look much larger than it actually is. The bathroom was extremely cramped, lacked ventilation. The curtains were worn out and torn. Absolutely everything inside the apartment was extremely old, worn out, and lacked charm. Poor ventilation, uncomfortable bed and a lot of mosquitoes also made it very hard to get a good night's sleep.

Perfekte Tage in Florenz
Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in Florenz. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Und sie bietet alles, um sich heimisch zu fühlen. Der Kontakt zu Alessio, dem Vermieter, war herzlich und direkt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

La verdad que la ubicación ,y el dueño es estupendo pero la empresa que el tiene contratada para gestionarle la vivienda es malísima,de suciedad en la vivienda .
Está todo muy sucio ,y yo no lo recomiendo esa vivienda tiene una escalera clautofobica ,es el último piso quiero decir con esto que hay un incendio en el primer piso por ejemplo y no hay escapatoria ,después tuvimos un susto grande con un vecino llegó a alta hora de la noche dando golpe en las puertas y llamando a telefonillo para entrar etc....después es muy viejo todo las instalaciones y todo ,yo no lo recomiendo ,lo siento por el dueño .
