    Wunderschönes stilvolles Hotel

    Ein wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel, mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung und oben unschlagbar freundlichen Personal! Auch die Lage an der Esplanade ist perfekt .

    had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel! The customer service was exceptional. I had accidentally booked the wrong check-in date, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. They amended my booking and, thankfully, had a room available for me to check in — I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the high ceilings, which made the room feel even more open and relaxing. The fridge was also fully stocked with drinks at very reasonable prices, which was a nice touch. I also had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was amazing! There was plenty of choice and everything was delicious. Another thing I really appreciated was being able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out, as my flight wasn’t until later that evening. It made my last day in Cairns so much easier. The location is fantastic too, the hotel is right next to the hospital, directly opposite the Esplanade, and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and other places of interest. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The friendly service, beautiful room, great food and convenient location made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and will happily stay at the same hotel the next time I’m in Cairns! ❤️

    Gute Unterkunkt

    Sehr saubere Unterkunft; Parken war kein Problem, wenn man wenige Meter läuft. Checkin komplett ohne Personal. Großes Bad bzw große Dusche und Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

    Uns war bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass die beiden Zimmer im EG kein direktes Tageslicht haben. Vor dem Fenster ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Dachluke. Da wir tagsüber sowieso nie in der Unterkunft waren, war es kein Problem.
