    Excellent location, excellent apartment.

Best location! You can't have any better location than this. You're right at the edge of the old town. So, when you come out of your door, the old town starts, and if you walk to the other direction and cross the park, you have the train station, tram lines, buses, massive shopping center with lots of shopping options and leading brands, etc. At the night, it was quiet enough to sleep. Apartment block is very safe and clean. When we arrived, we found the apartment in spotless condition with everything we needed. Very good helpful staff members, great communication all the way. They arranged the airport pick-up and the salt mine trip for us with reasonable price. Checked on us next morning if all was good, and even kept our luggage as we had a late flight back. We absolutely loved Krakow, and on our next trip, I will be booking the same apartment without further search. Highly recommended!

    Nothing.

The location was perfect. Next to the Rynek square and close to the mall Galeria Krakowska. The tram stop of Stary Kleparz was also very close. The apartment (standard) was convenient. Overall, very satisfied.

My matress was not good, neither the pillows.
