    Noisy but modern

    Convenient location. Modern building.

    Room was on the 4th floor and the noise from both the all night outdoor club ( Th Warf) and train right nextdoor were too much for the good quality windows. If you are used to city noise this is a great place for you, but if you like silence it is not.Also overnight parking was $40 which seems excessive.
