Excellent place, and outstanding value for money. The host was very kind — he upgraded my room and let me check in early. That kind of flexibility towards guests really deserves a special mention. Card payment is accepted, which is not that common in this area and mattered a lot to me. The villa itself is surrounded by greenery. I stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and a separate bedroom — spacious, everything in working order, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed. There is parking, and the sea is about a 5-minute walk away. All in all, everything you need to feel at home.
