    Absolutely terrible because I had no access using the code that I was given.

    I cannot say that I liked anything because I was unable to access the property and therefore have requested a full refund. No one got back to me when I arrived with the property and told them that the 1402 code did not work. I called customer service multiple times, sent messages and called the Property number multiple times . I tried for two hours trying to access properly before I gave up and just requested a refund.

    I could not access the property so I was unable to stay there. I tried the code multiple times and all I got was a red X. I tried putting the checkmark before the code and after the code nothing worked this was totally unacceptable.
