Incredible location, views, atmosphere and ammenities in the Old Town
Incredible location, amazing terrace with views of old town. Quiet and peaceful area, super clean and well appointed apartment - everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were assisted with arrival and departure logistics (getting luggage through old town with golf cart, booking taxis etc) by a very friendly staff member. Absolutely incredible place - I wish I could have stayed for longer!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, and the place itself was beautiful, with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful treats and little touches. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we come back!

Fabulous location and comfortable apartment
Wonderful location making it easy to explore the city. Spacious apartment with roomy bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Fabulous terrace looking out to historic town. Helpful staff making arriving and departing easy.

Stunning!
Best roof terrace in Rhodes Town! I always look for 'a room with a view' and Fluvian Terrace exceeded my expectations. Not only the sun-soaked seating/lounging area with stunning views of the medieval city in all directions, but the whole apartment is spacious and so well-equipped. As well as fridge full of breakfast supplies, and a bottle of wine on arrival, there's coffee machine (with pods), dishwasher and all the creature comforts.
No complaints - bedrooms spacious and comfortable, great lighting, TV and aircon. And the whole flat is super quiet, tucked away down a cobbled alley with private entrance. Ioannis met us at the taxi drop and was super-responsive and helpful during our stay. Totally recommend.
