A few gripes with sleeping arrangements and the BBQ but overall we had a great time there
Great location- very quiet and out of the way- no more than 45 min drive to loads of main attractions. Pool is huge- kids loved playing in it. A few friendly cats run around the villa and we even found a turtle on the lawn Gated villa so we felt safe with our kids Interior is very modern and clean- very comfortable to sit and relax of an evening close to plenty of shops and local towns. Air con worked really well.
We were not allowed to use the BBQ despite it being advertised as having a built in BBQ which is a shame because the outdoor BBQ area was amazing and we were looking forward to cooking loads on it only to find out on the day of our arrival that we were not allowed to use it due to some Greek law. This is not a 6 person villa. There is a double bed and 2 single beds. When we asked about what we thought was a pull out sofa bed we were essentially advised that 2 people just sleep on the couch- We have young children so we had to improvise making a third bed for him to sleep on. Some facilities were a little poor- there was a broken parasol, a broken cupboard door and there could be more cooking utensils to use.

Excellent stay in a very nice location with excellent facilities
This stay was an outstanding experience in every respect. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in and going the extra mile to make our visit comfortable. The property’s location is truly superb—peaceful and secluded for relaxation, yet just a short journey to Athens, giving easy access to the city’s rich cultural and historical attractions. Privacy was one of the key highlights. The accommodation is carefully set up so you feel completely tucked away, able to fully unwind without disturbances. All promised facilities were provided, immaculately maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
