    A hotel offering good facilities. Excellent food and outstanding staff

    Staff, service and food were exceptional

    I thought that the lounge area was rather cold and uninviting and disabled access into reception was not ideal

    Disappointing and poor value compared to previous visits. Feedback given directly on check out.

    Location and setting. Food for dinner and breakfast was excellent.

    Clearly short staffed. I had to hunt for someone to serve us in the lounge late afternoon. Took 45 mins to take our order at dinner with no drinks other than the initial water on sitting down. Staff clearly working hard and nice people but need help and hotel losing money as no one around to serve us.

    Really disappointed

    Room was great

    For the star rating and price of the hotel the staff were not up to standard. Restaurant was poor, tables not cleared and the service was definitely not 5 stars. I would have been happy had the cost been around £150-£200 but it was significantly higher more than double. Very disappointing as we had been looking g forward to this for sometime.
