The location, the ease of access, the facilities, it was a great experience overall.

I had a short stay so maybe that :)

The property was in a good location. I was given a partial refund because of the issues.

When I arrived in the room there was no linen on the bed. I along with the security found linen in a closet but it had stains on it and it took them two nights to give me clean linen. The stove did not work and a kettle was not provided which made it very difficult to cook meals. Toilet paper was not provided. The room was also quite dusty.
