LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON BOOKING, UNOS IRRESPONSABLES QUE BLOQUEARON NUESTROS CELULARES
Las personas encargadas en informarme cómo entraría al departamento no me contestaron sino hasta 10 minutos antes de arribar cuando ya iba en el Uber, me cambiaron la dirección dos veces porque estaban confundidos con mi reserva y un uber que me costaría 8 euros termino siendo de 30 euros. El código que me daban para entrar no servía pues el bluetooth no agarra desde la calle, gracias a un vecino que llegó pudimos entrar. Las llaves en el interior del departamento estaban equivocadas, era un juego de dos llaves, se los informe y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. El código para entrar al departamento sólo funcionaba estando a unos pasos, el de la calle jamás sirvió. Pedí dos juegos de llaves pues mis hijos son mayores de edad y me bloquearon en el teléfono, nos colgaban, bloquearon también el número de mis hijos y el de una amiga española con tal de no afrontar sus errores. El peor servicio que me ha tocado en booking. Jamás los volvería a contratar después de esta experiencia. Su página no cuenta con un número de ayuda en estos casos,

Péssimo atendimento

Péssimo atendimento. Péssima comunicação. Depois de chegar, passei horas em Madrid sem saber como ia fazer check-in. Não me deram em momento nenhum instruções corretas para entrar na porta do prédio. Quando cheguei fiquei 20 minutos à espera na porta até que me ligaram, e só assim abriram a porta remotamente. Informei que as instruções não funcionavam, mas insistiram. No dia seguinte, passei o dia a enviar mensagens para me darem instruções, sem resposta. Voltei a ter de esperar na porta de entrada até me atenderem a chamada e abrirem a porta de novo remotamente. Fiquei totalmente dependente do serviço de atendimento para entrar. Um serviço que tem uma comunicação péssima. Além disso, não havia uma capa impermeável no colchão da cama, o que mostra falta de cuidado com higiene.

Pésima atención
La ubicación
No funcionaba la calefacción de la habitación y la ropa de cama estaba húmeda y arrugada en un cajón. Un vecino del inmueble nos prestó ropa de cama. Pese a que les enviamos WhatsApp no nos contestaron nunca. Atención cero. Muy caro para tan malas condiciones y limpieza mínima.

Terrible communication and entry difficulty.
Location is not bad
It was a 3 hour nightmare attempting to access this property. They were informed days in advance that our arrival time would be 2 p,m.. I had initial difficulty getting answers on entry as they only would communicate on WhatsApo which I cannot translate. Upon arrival at the apt at 1:55 we waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive. When they did it was a cleaning person who said they needed an hour to clean and suggested we put our luggage inside. We came back an hour later to find that the smart electric lock would not work. The cleaning person attempted to help with translation, but after 2 hours had to leave and the rental person stopped communication. We were at the point of calling police as we were advised to do that by the Booking person we contacted, when the smartlock screen suddenly changed and we were able to enter. As I said it took 3 hours to finally enter. I am now wary of non physical key entry. Never again.
