    Mixed feelings.

    Right in old town area, very specious and close to everything including great local shops and restaurants. Good contact with the host.

    The location is both an advantage and a drawback of this place. It’s very convenient, but the bedrooms are located directly above a very noisy bar with live music that stays open until 2 AM. People gather outside, shouting and smoking right below the windows, so keeping them open at night isn’t really an option. Even with the windows closed, it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep without earplugs. The apartment itself is also starting to show some wear and could definitely benefit from a thorough deep clean. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and a significant amount of dust under the bed and along the baseboards. Overall, the location may be great for those who want to be right in the middle of the nightlife, but if you value peace, quiet, and cleanliness, this is something to keep in mind.

    A beautiful apartment in the heart of Girona!

    The location of the apartment is ideal. Everything (the Cathedral, the Pont de les Peixateries Velles, the city walls, and lots of lovely shops and restaurants) is within a 5ish minute walk. The apartment itself is furnished beautifully, and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. The apartment is above a lovely café bar, so we were able to leave the teenagers to enjoy the WiFi while we went to enjoy a drink! The host is incredibly helpful - he allowed us to check-in early (meeting us at the property), he recommended some lovely restaurants, and then stored our luggage the following day. His generosity made our stay in Girona perfect!
