    Nice stay, but wish we could have enjoyed it more

    We really loved the look of the hotel, the room we were provided was very nice. The bed was AMAZING.

    We didn't like that we couldn't check in until 3 hours after our scheduled check in time. It really wasted most of our planned relaxation day. There was an NBA team staying in the hotel before us, which wasn't a problem per say, but there was no advanced communication. Had we been informed that there would have been a delay in checking in (of course with no identity detail) we would have been better prepared.
