    Dont stay here - dirty caravan

    The park had good facilities for children. Swimming pool inside and outside. Soft play , parks and amusements.

    The caravan was by far the dirtiest accommodation we have stayed in for a very long time. As soon as we arrived, there was a strong smell of stale cigarettes, and even our clothes have absorbed the odour. The condition of the caravan was extremely poor. The sofa was broken and peeling badly, and the dining chairs were also damaged. It was clear that covers had been placed over the furniture to try to hide its condition. The sofa itself was heavily stained, the shower was falling apart, and the shower door would not close properly. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The vents were covered in dust, the curtains were stained, the windows were dirty, and the outside decking was heavily stained black and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. We booked this caravan directly with the owners through Booking.com, but nowhere was it made clear that the advertised price did not include park passes and that additional payments would be required on arrival. This should have been disclosed upfront. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the caravan and the lack of transparency regarding the additional costs. It had a significant negative impact on our holiday, and unfortunately I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
