    Gerai lokacija, patogi erdvė, bet apartamentams reikia atnaujinimo

    Apartamentai tinkami šeimoms su vaikais. Didžiausias privalumas - didelis uždaras kiemas su žaidimų aikštele. Erdvi virtuvės/svetainės zona. Šviesu, švaru. Patogi lokacija - pėsčiomis greitai pasiekiamas centras, uždara automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė. Galėjome lanksčiai susiderinti išvykimo laiką. Yra niuansų, į kuriuos atkreipčiau dėmesį renkantis: 1. Trūko privatumo. Pirmą dieną namą prižiūrintis kaimynas nuolat mus stebėjo, rado progų drausminti vaikus, mums negirdint (pvz. nelipti ant tikrai purvino batuto su batais. Sutinkame, tačiau tuomet mes paprašėme priemonių jam nuvalyti). Vaikai atbėgo išsigandę. Tai kartojosi kelis kartus. Buvo nejauku ir nemalonu. 2. Abeji apartamentai įrengti nekokybiškai ir stipriai reikalauja remonto. Keli pavyzdžiai: neužsidarančios tualeto durys, klibanti indaplovė, bėgantis dušas ir pan. Įrengimui daug neinvestuota, trūksta jaukumo, kaina viršija kokybę. 3. Abiejuose apartamentuose nėra orkaičių, vienuose ir indaplovės. Daug potencialo - tikiu, kad vieta gali pasitempti ir būti puiki.
