**Very disappointing stay – mould, cleanliness and safety issues** Unfortunately, our experience at Forest Park Villa was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the house, there was a **strong smell of damp and mould**. We tried to stay for one night, but the conditions made it impossible for us to comfortably continue our stay. In the main living room, there were visible signs on the walls where it appeared that mould had previously been cleaned or covered, but the strong smell remained. The **bathroom cleanliness was also below the standard we expected**, and the actual condition of certain areas of the property was noticeably different from the impression given by the listing photos. We were also concerned about **safety in the outdoor area**. The walkway towards the barbecue area has very smooth, glossy tiles. I personally slipped while walking there and was fortunate not to be injured. For us, these were not minor cosmetic issues. They involved **cleanliness, hygiene, comfort and safety**, and unfortunately we could not enjoy or complete our stay as expected. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed.
