Please notet that you must keep noise levels down after 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Common Areas: Please note that our lovely shared spaces—living room, kitchen and dining room, event room, deck, and the wrap-around porch—are here for your enjoyment. After using these areas, please tidy up. We want everyone to feel at ease, so let’s keep them clutter-free. Kitchen and Dining Room: The heart of our home! If you’re using the kitchen or dining room, we ask that you clean up afterwards. Respect Our Home: We’ve poured our hearts into maintaining this Victorian gem. Please treat it with care, just as you would your own. No worries—our antique furniture is sturdy, but let’s avoid spills and scratches. Gatherings and Dinners: We love hosting gatherings! Feel free to organize events, dinners, or get-togethers. Just remember to keep the atmosphere warm and respectful. No Loud Parties: While we encourage socializing, we kindly request no wild parties. Our home is a tranquil oasis, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. No Smoking or Candles: For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Additionally, please refrain from using candles due to local ordinances. Your Host Todd: Local safety regulations mandate for the host to be available to guests for assistance. Todd is just a phone call away to answer any questions and offer assistance. He will be staying nearby to greet you and to respond to your every need. Great space for a wedding weekend! Very nice home owner!
Plenty of room, good quality furniture convenient bathrooms
Fridge was a little small for the amount of people. Parking was a little tricky for all of our cars

Wir hatten mit unserer Großfamilie und Freunden einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Forever Green Manor. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell gestaltet und trägt zum historischen Flair des Hauses bei. Besonders für größere Gruppen ist die Unterkunft hervorragend geeignet. Die große Küche bietet ausreichend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen, und durch die vielen Wohn- und Aufenthaltsräume kann man jederzeit gemeinsam Zeit verbringen oder sich auch einmal in Ruhe zurückziehen. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und insgesamt wirklich sehr schön gestaltet.
Leider gibt es aber auch einen Kritikpunkt. In der Booking-Beschreibung war ausdrücklich angegeben, dass das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen ist. Tatsächlich standen jedoch lediglich Kaffee, Tee und ein Toaster zur Verfügung. Auf unsere Nachfrage, wie das Frühstück organisiert sei oder ob wir etwas übersehen hätten, haben wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts leider keine Rückmeldung vom Gastgeber erhalten. Abgesehen von diesem Punkt können wir die Unterkunft für größere Familien oder Gruppen definitiv empfehlen. Wäre die Beschreibung bezüglich des Frühstücks korrekt gewesen oder hätten wir zumindest eine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage erhalten, wäre unser Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

I’m excited to visit Winthrop again.
I loved the beautiful neighborhood and weather at the time of my stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were orderly and clean. The kitchen provided all necessary items for my use. There was plenty of parking space for my family as we had multiple rental cars.

It is a beautiful property in a great location with views of the water. The house fit twelve people and had additional sleeping for three. Loved the sun room and the short walk to the water. It was only a short ride to the train station into Boston.
The listing said that breakfast was provided but it was only coffee and tea. The listing also said it slept up to 20 with four sofa sleepers, but there was only one sofa sleeper and one chair that converted to a twin sleeper. Would like some games and puzzles for down time.
