The interior of the house was well designed and comfortable.

    1) Both fireplaces didn't work when we arrived. We called the front office and they put a work order but it was for the next day unfortunately (our stay was 2 days only, so we missed the first night). The facilities staff came next morning and fixed them; they were very friendly and professional. 2) The management didn't respond to messages regarding optional requests (e.g. early check-in, late check-out).
