The compressor noise can be heard in the main bedroom at night, toilet slightly slippery when wet.

excellent place to stay if the WiFi is working. Suggest replace the Router or increase the bandwidth
The place is very very clean and comfort. its is near to shopping and walkable.
WiFi is intermittent have to keep resetting the ONT and Router. I was unable to do online meeting due to this issues.

Worth the price. Good for family with kids
The location is near Nagoya. Security guard is 24hr. The unit is generally clean. The amenities are excellent. The pillow is too soft, almost flat. But we can manage. All the appliances and AC are working well. There's a convenience store on the ground floor to buy snacks or water. With the price VS the unit, i think it's really worth it.
My only complaint is the toilet. The toilet seat has stains. Dotted yellow stain around it that is unremovable. It must be replaced for the comfort of the guest. Others that can be improved: The shower needs a curtain so the water will not flood to other areas. It will be nice if there is a towel rack to dry the wet towel.
