A good-value stay in a convenient location with an excellent and helpful staff.
The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and currency exchange with ease. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with a good workspace, shower, bed and air conditioning. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the pleasant restaurant seating area, as well as the hotel's good collection of used books. Located on a quiet alley just a few blocks from central Fort Kochi, the hotel offers a convenient and peaceful base.
We had no complaints.

Comfortable stay in a great spot
Lovely rooftop pool and good location just by Fort Kochi
It is strange to have a kitchen and dining room set up but absolutely no plates, bowls, cutlery, cups etc or cloth to clean the table/dustpan and brush for the floor. Over the days we stayed we were provided with bowls, plates, cutlery, cups and a kettle and we bought washing up liquid and a dishcloth ourselves. But if these things were just provided from the beginning it would make the stay so much more comfortable and practical! And if they don’t want to provide everything in every room they could leave a list of items available that guests could take down to reception when they arrive and ask for what they need. It really would make all the difference.
