10/10! A lovely, cozy, and spotless place with a very friendly and helpful host. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift! The host also recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant in the building, which we enjoyed so much that we visited it twice.
There were just a few minor issues worth mentioning. Communication was a little slow when we asked about check-in instructions and parking the day before our arrival. The room wasn’t ready at 3 PM, even though we had informed the host of our arrival time in advance, but everything was resolved very quickly and smoothly. There was also a slightly leaking pipe in the shower, which didn’t affect its use at all. The towels were clean but looked a little worn from frequent use. Despite these small details, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Great Location, very clean and well maintained apartment!
Great location right in the center of Machico! Building super new and well maintained! Apartment spacious but most importantly SUPER CLEAN!
There is no free parking provided by the structure! We were offered by the owner a parking facility for 10€ per day which we believe if it would be given as a complementary service it would be great! Otherwise parking on the street is quite doable and not that complicated to find - parking skills uphill are required :-)
