A charming and comfortable rental in an outstanding location—will definitely stay here again!
Loved the location—convenient walk into downtown Santa Fe. It was comfortable and quiet, too.
The only issue was the fridge was too cold—some of our refrigerated items froze—but I think it was actually an issue with the freezer.

Don’t even think about booking this place, it is not a hotel suite. It’s and old little apartment in real need of repair
From outside it looked like an adobe building.
Stairs everywhere, to get to the unit and inside. Was advertised as hotel suite but it was nothing like a hotel and no services even though we were charged like a hotel. Staff were rude and didn’t accommodate any of our requests. Everything about the place is old, cracked tiles and broken door jams, doors that don’t close, smelly cupboards and bathrooms. Furniture was really old and uncomfortable, bedding was really old, not even one decent pillow in the mix. I was really disappointed that booking.com didn’t do a better job evaluating the property.

Good value, with convenient access to downtown Santa Fe.
The space was spacious. The kitchen was very-reasonably stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and even some coffee and filters. The living area was particularly welcoming. It was an easy walk to downtown - albeit about 15 minutes, and a moderate hill on the way back.
The laundry services were a long way away from our unit, and they were expensive - and only took quarters. They also had limited hours - mostly during the day when we wanted to be out exploring. The washers were small - particularly at $5/load, and $5/10 min for the dryer. The staff was prepared with rolls of quarters for purchase, so it was easy to get the necessary change to do our laundry.
