    Wonderful and comfortable stay. Convenient.

    Wonderful location. Clean, modern and comfy. Attentive staff. I think this was the perfect location if you have a car and don’t want to worry about the ZTL. You can walk within minutes across the bridge into Ortegia.

    It took a bit to find some street parking but we did end up finding a free spot a few blocks away.

    Perfect location. Lovely views from terrace.

    Fantastic location for seeing Siracusa and Ortigia. Boat trip literally a few metres away. Loved our room on top floor with terrace looking over the small harbour which always had something to look at but was quiet. Lift useful when carrying luggage. Francesco and Nicole were very helpful throughout our stay. So easy to get interbus from airport and travel to Noto without hiding a car. Minibar was enough to store yogurt, milk, butter etc for breakfast on the terrace. Complimentary water, snacks and beer on arrival was welcome. So many fab places to eat nearby.

    Take ear plugs if in top floor rooms, because if you have heavy rain as we did one night, it is very noisy from the roof !

    Really fantastic hotel - great location - great staff

    We really, really enjoyed our stay at Fortaleza Charme House. The location is perfect outside of the ZTL zone with just a short walk into Ortigia. If you can get room 203, do it. The balcony/terrace is fantastic and was the perfect place to end the day. The staff was wonderful and the room was huge and very well appointed. We both agreed that we'd be back.

    The only thing is the parking....This is a challenge for sure but the hotel will help make some recommendations.
