    Beautiful the place but not the room

    The location of the hotel is lovely, and I really enjoyed walking around the surrounding area.

    Unfortunately, the room itself was a very unpleasant experience. There was a strong, disgusting sewage smell coming from somewhere in the bathroom, making the entire room smell like a toilet. I had to keep the bathroom door tightly closed at all times, but the unpleasant odor still spread into the bedroom. I stayed for four nights and was too busy to go through the hassle of changing rooms, especially for such a short stay. However, it made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in serious need of renovation, particularly the plumbing and ventilation systems. It’s a shame because the location is wonderful, but the condition of the room was simply unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay.
