EL APARTAMENTO/PISO ES EXCELENTE, TIENE TODAS LAS COMODIDADES, MUY LIMPIO, EL A/A GENIAL PARA EL CALOR QUE HACIA, TODO GENIAL
LA UBICACIÓN UN POCO APARTADA DEL CENTRO DE SANLUCAR

Schoon en goed ingericht appartement op 2e etage, met 2 slaapkamers en een balkon met zitje. Gebouw met lift. Bij boeken kan je aangeven of je een gratis parkeerplek in de garage onder het gebouw wenst. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar, goed bereikbaar en reageert snel op een vraag. Prima WIFI. Goed ingerichte keuken met koffieapparaat, koelkast, diepvries, wasmachine, oven, magnetron, linnengoed, afwasmiddel etc. Paar drankjes, koffiecups, thee en snacks waren aanwezig. Airconditioning in huiskamer en een televisie. Badkamer met wc, bidet, wastafel en bad/douche, handdoeken, doucheschuim. In het gebouw is het erg stil, je hoort geen buren. Supermarkt Lidl tegenover en Mercadona ernaast. 15-20 min lopen naar centrum.
De voorzijde ligt aan een weg die wat storend verkeerslawaai kan geven. Parkeren in de ondergrondse garage vonden wij met onze auto een uitdaging. Erg krap. Parkeren op straat in de buurt was geen probleem. Aanvullend nog een kleine tip: Op het balkon staat een 2-persoonsbankje. Ik zou een tafeltje met 2 stoelen erbij zetten zodat je ook buiten kan eten.

Estancia formidable
Piso amplio, con todas las comodidades para una estancia de una semana. Excelente ubicación, a 15-20 min caminando del casco histórico, y con dos supermercados, uno enfrente y otro al lado. Las recomendaciones de Pablo de restaurantes, excepcionales.

Casa con todas las comodidades y relimpia
La casa está muy nueva y limpísima. El ambiente es refamiliar y tranquilo, y por supuesto las atenciones de Pablo, con detalles desde el principio hasta el final que se agradecen
El garage es un pelín incómodo si vas con un coche grande, pero bueno no es insalvable y mejor que aparcar en la calle. El tráfico de la calle se escucha un poquito, pero todo es cuestión de llegar a dormir bien cansado...😊
