    Lovely, cleaning apartment. Home away from home - had all we needed. Great location, quiet neighbourhood.

    Nothing really, couple of things can be improved on however.

    Beware of property manager! Overpriced and not enough cooling!

    Location was good. It was close to our family.

    Beware of this property manager! Hillary promised us compensation for our stay as the original property was not available. She did not honour this promise and we have had to seek it through other channels. We paid £2000 for our stay and the property was awful! We could not stay here for two nights to start with as there was an issue with the electricity. So we were told to stay in Strood in a very grubby and hot small house. It was very uncomfortable. Then we moved to this unit in Rochester and due to the heatwave it was unbearable in there during the day and on hot nights. There was limited toilet paper and the cleaning supplies were not in good condition. I had to buy a new sponge for kitchen. Very unclean and smelt bad - mould/damp. Not a great experience at all! Beware!

    The apartment was clean, well maintained and decorated in a practical and comfortable way. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

    The lounge overlooks a roundabout, however the noise was less noticeable than you would think and did not affect the stay. The location was convenient and set within what seemed to be a safe, modern development.

    It was not clean had bad older chair was broken fell on my daughter’s foot and hand it was no luxury apartment pictures were far more greater than what I actually was
