Lovely few days in York
Staff were really friendly and helpful for the check in day/build up - letting us drop the bags there etc. very smooth process and a lovely property - much more quiet than we expected given the location which was a bonus. Great value for money so looking forward to the next stay.
Not so much a “didn’t like” because it is clear on the booking info but it would be helpful to maybe have a wall mounted all in one shampoo/body wash in the shower, and some extra teabags wouldn’t go amiss in a caddy but again it’s clear in the booking info that provisions are very basic.

Lovely apartment, would stay there again
The apartment was located right in the centre of York, spacious, clean and really well equipped. Really good communications from York Stays, good info pack in the apartment and sent to us before we arrived.
Because it is so central, it was really noisy, with people talking and shouting until about 3:30am. Ear plugs on the second nights solved the problem
