DISGUSTING HYGIENE, COCKROACHES ON THE CUTLERY, MOLD — AND A HOST WHO NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED I have traveled extensively

    Location

Extremely poor hygiene and terrible host support. Multiple live cockroaches were running across the forks and spoons, and moldy clothing from previous guests was left inside the washing machine. We were locked outside for 1.5 hours because the electronic access failed, while the host demanded videos instead of coming to help — later we discovered the Wi-Fi router was unplugged. Refrigerator problems, lost groceries, rude treatment and hours of our vacation wasted fixing problems that should have been checked before our arrival.
