    Great apartment and location

    Location in Bellingham was ideal, short walk into the lovely town one way and towards Hareshaw Linn waterfall the other. Plenty of amenities in the town - pubs, shopping, Fountain Cottage cafe (very nice), gift shops, take away. Great journey through rolling roads and countryside to get to Bellingham.

    Excellent village location and access to Hareshaw Lynn walk. Spaceous and secure outdoor space for the dogs. Lovely, property.

    Some property aspects needed some TLC/maintenance. Shower and both bathroom sinks did not drain properly. Side lamps in one bedroom didn't work - may need new bulbs. Sofa arm broken. Didn't spoil stay.

    WiFi was good Location perfect Staff friendly Clean & modern

    Walked into it not being cleaned but as last minute booking I did understand, owner got onto the cleaning team immediately and sorted it out for us

    Stylish home away from home in a quiet area, great for a chilled weekend away

    The property was really tastefully decorated, felt homely, we cooked one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet area with waterfall and bar nearby. Hot tub area was well laid out with festoon lights and fire pit area-although we didn’t use the fire. House warmed up quickly when heating was turned on.

    Only issue was Booking.com email had the wrong key code but phoned owner who answered quickly and gave the correct code
