Great location but not worth the money.
The location is great! Really easy parking right outside the front door. Hot tub was great and very private.
The accommodation is small. And I mean small! The bathroom is ridiculously tiny, especially the distance from the edge of the loo to the wall in front of you with a gap of about 8 inches which makes it almost unusable. You need to squeeze past this to use the shower and the tiny sink. The bed is tucked away at the back of the room and is definitely snug despite it being a standard double and does feel quite claustrophobic. It cost us £170 for 1 night which, on reflection was way too much.

Disappointed
The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the village centre, 30 second stumble from the micro brewery.
Unfortunately there was a lot to dislike which is a huge shame because I really wanted to love this property. The main issue is, it's showing it's age, many aspects are starting to fail. The catch on the gate was broken, the door had dropped so it got stuck and was difficult to lock/unlock. The hot tub was ok but the lid is starting to degrade so there was a lot of sand like residue in the bottom. All in all, it was ok for a night but not at the price point and not if you're looking for somewhere comfortable.

Unpleasant.
- the location was lovely
- the property wasn’t cleaned properly, there was dirty cutlery, used and dirty contact lenses on top of the bedside cabinet area, the hot tub was falling to bits and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet at times. Not what we were expecting at all we felt very uncomfortable during our stay.

Lovely little space with everything we needed for a night's stay, instructions on how to get there were clear and easy to follow, hot tub was warm when we arrived at 3pm, the room was clean and very cosy, all in all a very lovely place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Lovely pod, very clean, everything you need supplied in good working order.
Not a blade of grass or a single ray of sunshine in yard when-using bbq and enjoying the hot tub, such a disappointment for us both
