We had a very comfortable stay. Dawn and Danny are wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They have retained many of the house's features but with all mod cons. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

We arrived later than planned, and Dawn warmly welcomed us. She kindly made us delicious sandwiches, which she didn’t charge us for.
All very good.

A very good experience, would stay there again
The location of this property was perfect for a short walk into picturesque Ironbridge. The property was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, lovely large en-suite bathroom, great shower and thick fluffy towels We had the full English breakfast two days running and it was consistently excellent. We were able to order the way we liked our eggs cooked and declined any items we didn't like. My scrambled eggs were lovely, light and creamy and the mushrooms were a lovely firm texture, not the slimy, oily mess you usually get served elsewhere.
There were just two very minor issues that prevented me from rating this property exceptional. The decor inside looks a little tired, could do with a lick of paint. Also the view from our room looked over a garden that was overgrown and littered with old pots and garden furniture but I think that may have belonged to the neighbouring property which is not really something anyone can do anything about.
