    Location was brilliant. Stayed with our 3 sons and everything was within very short walking distance. The apartment was roomy and clean.

    Good location for seeing sights and locating bars/restaurants Comfortable clean modern apartment Above Tesco express so easy access for quick shop

    Windows did not open. Would have preferred the option to open windows rather than having fans on in each room. Unfortunately because of situation of 2 nd bedroom being directly above Tesco’s fridges could hear the cooling motors running all night. Although on main road traffic couldn’t be heard at night

    It was ok but, the department was stile over substance

    Beds, pillows, were great. Security was excellent Location really good Apartment very spacious Shower lovely size

    As we are hoteliers, we were very disappointed with the ventilation as we couldn't open windows & it didn't state lack of ventilation on the website We had fans that just blow air around the rooms & not help with the heat Had to keep on at night to help sleep but, you were lucky if you got 2hrs due to the noise of the fans. We have 2 boys that are nurodiverce & they also struggled to sleep. The drainage was very poor as when having shower you would be standing in puddles of water. The toilet seat was incorrect for the toilet The carpets were stained & the rug just harboured dirt. Under& behind the sofa had not been cleaned and vacuumed. If you were heavenly pregnant or pre-menopause this would not be for you. We were going to leave the same day we arrived but, we stuck it out, as we had paid alot of money The stools were very uncomfortable as were not suitable for adults to sit on & my boys struggled to get comfortable also. It is just a shame that the small things let it down
