  Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, No Wi-Fi, and Cockroach Infestation

  The property has a modern design and a well-thought-out layout, making good use of the available space. It has the potential to be a really enjoyable place to stay and is in a good location. However, it is beginning to show signs of wear and tear and would benefit from some general maintenance. A fresh coat of paint, repairs to worn areas, and more regular upkeep would make a noticeable difference and help the property live up to its potential.

  Wi-Fi There was no working Wi-Fi for the entirety of our stay. Despite multiple requests and repeated assurances that the issue would be fixed, nothing was ever done and the internet never worked. Cleanliness The property was not sufficiently clean on arrival. The bin lid was heavily soiled, and the bedroom shelves were covered in thick dust. We had to purchase cleaning wipes ourselves and wipe down surfaces before using them. The wipes turned dark from the amount of dust present. Due to the poor standard of cleanliness throughout the property, we did not feel comfortable using many of the facilities, particularly the kitchen. Cockroach Infestation The most concerning issue was the number of cockroaches throughout the property. We regularly saw cockroaches running across the cooker and kitchen surfaces. They were also present in the bedrooms and living areas, including on tables and across the floor. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax, sleep comfortably, or leave clothing and personal belongings out during our stay. Bathroom Issues The bathroom had clearly not been deep cleaned. There was black and red mould throughout the shower. The shower drain was blocked, preventing water from draining away quickly and causing it to pool around our feet while showering, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall The lack of cleanliness, ongoing cockroach infestation, blocked shower, and complete absence of Wi-Fi significantly impacted our stay.It’s a shame because the property has so much potential but I would not recommend this property unless substantial improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, pest control, and guest support.

  Agua fría y fauna indeseada

  Bien ubicado, amplio y buenos colchones.

  Sufre una plaga de cucarachas. Las encontramos en la cocina, el salón, dos habitaciones y en el baño. No tuvimos agua caliente. Estuvimos dos noches y el segundo día vino alguien a arreglarlo pero sin conseguirlo. El sumidero de la ducha no tragaba. Escribimos al responsable por Booking y no obtuvimos respuesta.
