  Ficamos muito chateados com a demora e falta de atenção.

  Gostamos da localização, a sala é muito boa. Distribuição agradável.

  Os 2 quartos superiores estavam imundos, empoeirados, roupas de cama extremamente empoeiradas. Todo mundo dormiu e acordou se coçando. A casa estava dentro do filtro de 3 Suites, mas não é. É apenas uma suite. Pedimos auxilio para esta questão e não tivemos. Apenas responderam vendo sobre o que poderiam fazer e nada mais falaram. Sobre os lençóis e o quarto sujo: enviaram pessoas la, depois de duplo insistência no problema, a noite, sem nos comunicar, sem ninguém em casa para troca-los. Entraram, com nossas coisas todas abertas, trocaram as roupas de camas e saíram. O quarto continuou sujo e empoeirado.

  Bij het prive zwembad was het niet erg schoon, Schuifdeuren waren echt smerig en de muren moeten nodig geverfd worden

  I spent weeks & weeks researching the best place to stay for our big trip and this really was it.

  I can’t recommend enough. We are just a family of 4 with a teenager and early 20s year old meaning we each had a bedroom and bathroom - this was amazing. I spent weeks & weeks researching the best place to stay for our big trip and this really was it. we stayed for 2 weeks & wished we could have had longer. Firstly, The house was absolutely beautiful. Amazing location! near all the outlets / malls, all the great American restaurants we see on TikTok and also only about 20 minutes to the Disney & universal parks but not so close so it’s not busy around. We just did one day at Disney and one at universal as we wanted a more chill vacation and this house was great for the best of both. There is also a communal lazy river & pool & gym we went to every day - the staff there are so so kind and make amazing cocktails at the bar. Lastly, the hosts frequently messaged to check in, if had an issue they was super fast to respond, and they made the whole checking in process so easy. A big thank you to the hosts!

  Only slight issue we had was that the dishwasher stopped working, this was reported to the manager via booking . Com but unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay so was a bit annoying having to wash everything up when on vacation. However the house was really great so not a big issue.

  Themed bedrooms

  Our stay had a lot of potential, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by a series of issues from the moment we arrived. Before check-in, our reservation was moved to a different unit. The problem was that only some of the confirmation emails were updated with the new address, while others still showed the original one. We ended up going to the wrong property first. When we called the phone number listed on the website for help, no one answered. Eventually, we realized there were two different addresses in our emails, drove to the second location, and fortunately our door code worked. Once inside, we found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. We repeatedly called and texted the contact number listed on the website with no response. After texting several different numbers we’d received messages from during the booking process, someone finally replied. By then, the house had reached 84 degrees, and we spent over an hour in the pool just trying to stay cool before maintenance arrived. Later that evening, we discovered the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. After the difficulty getting help with the air conditioning, I gave up trying to reach anyone again and simply used my phone’s hotspot for the TV. The Wi-Fi was finally reset the following day after I texted someone. Unfortunately, the air conditioning problems weren’t over. When we returned to the house later that day, the AC had leaked so badly that there was water all over the floor, and the thermostat had gone blank again. Once again, we had to call maintenance. To top it off, the dresser in the primary bedroom was in such poor condition that we couldn’t use it, so we lived out of our suitcases for our entire five-day stay. The one bright spot was the kids’ themed bedrooms—they were fantastic and our children absolutely loved them. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what was most frustrating was how difficult it was to get help.
