Clean and comfortable
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price.
The very loud squeaking bathroom door. Definitely needed WD40.

No elevators. Back Parking is horrible. Bar/restaurant closed.
The lobby area. The decor of the room, but the shower had to be rinsed off since there was hair on the floor.
The parking in the back looked horrible and not trusting enough. The restaurant and the bar was closed. Fernanda at front desk was nice, but you can tell it was a fake nice not genuine, and she seemed irritated that I kept calling with questions, but was still being nice. No elevators to get to the second floor, which made it hard to carry my luggage. I wish all this stuff was mentioned at the time of booking my room because I wouldn't had made reservations here.

No spa. And needs the rooms uodated. Doors in bathroom had chipped paint. Etc
